This was a JCT design and build contract for a 3470sqm single storey portal frame extension to an existing warehouse and distribution facility on the Cross Hands Food Park. The structure had composite insulated panels forming the envelope with rain-screen cladding and roofing above.
This was a JCT design and build contract for the complete strip out and refurbishment of the former BHS store on the Trostre Retail Park on the outskirts of Llanelli.

This was a JCT design and build contract for a 4,000sqm portal steel framed food production building which included a two storey office administration block at the end of the production unit.
Work entailed groundwork and foundation works, erection of modular steelwork framed structures, installation of profiled sheeting and glazing, walling, drainage works, access roads, soft and hard landscaping, and associated delivery areas and customer parking. The schemes were CDM notifiable projects where JBHL were appointed Principal Contractor under the CDM Regulations 2007.
This contract was secured following a competitive tendering process by ABP at Alexandra Dock, Newport. The project comprised of the design and construction of a steel framed bulk storage shed of circa 6,000m2 (50mx 120m) as well as the construction of new and replacement access facilities to No 21 shed and to existing weighbridges alongside.
